standards to ensure alignment with the client’s manpower plan.
Consulting on employee relation’s issues such as, COLA
(cost of living assessment), market compensation trends,
termination practices, sexual harassment, and discrimination issues.
Initiated and managed national relocation program including transition
planning, household goods coordination, real-estate transactions, and
temporary living accommodations.

 

Education and Associations

He holds a B.G.S. and an A.G.S. in General Studies from Indiana University with an emphasis in Human Resource Management and Communications.

Mr. Hulecki is a board member of the Michiana Human Resource Association. Mr. Hulecki is also the past president of the local chapter of Business Network International with 2,500 chapters nationally. He is also a guest speaker at Bethel College and Indiana University in South Bend. He is an active member of the Elkhart County Hospice organization.
