GUARANTEES AND FEES

At Career Transitions we are confident in our ability to put together good client/candidate matches, which is why we are willing to offer extended guarantees for our services. The stronger our partnership with our clients, the more confident we are that our placements will result in long term, productive employees. To demonstrate our commitment to quality and to protect your search fee investment, we offer the following service options:

1) One-year Guarantee -- Retained Search Assignment

Replace at no cost if the placed candidate resigns or is terminated for cause any time during the first three months of employment. If the candidate resigns or is terminated for cause after three months of employment, a prorated amount will be credited towards the replacement fee.

This guarantee applies to retained searches where 100% of the fee is payable within 90 days from commencement of search activities.

Fee: 33% of first year annual compensation

 

2) Extended Guarantee – Exclusive Search Assignment

Replace at no cost if the placed candidate resigns or is terminated for cause any time during the first two months of employment. If the candidate resigns or is terminated for cause after two months of employment, a prorated amount, based on the agreed upon guarantee period up to 1 year, will be credited towards the replacement fee.

This guarantee applies to search assignments that are given exclusively to Career Transitions. The agreed upon guarantee period will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Fee: 30% of first year annual compensation

 

3) Standard Guarantee -- Normal Search Assignment

Replace at no cost if the placed candidate resigns or is terminated for cause any time during the first two months of employment.
This guarantee applies to all other search assignments.

Fee: 25% of first year annual compensation

Guarantees are voided if employment is terminated due to layoff, reduction in work force, change in corporate ownership, or if pre-employment agreements and/or conditions relative to salary, location of employment or job content are not honored.

Customized terms to alter or blend these service options, such as volume discounts, can be developed and arranged based on client needs and resources.
