Mary has over 10 years of professional search experience including the areas of Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Health Care, Sales and Marketing. She participated in several training and recruiting seminars and worked with many of the top companies in the Midwest region.

Mary has been a part of several Non-For-Profit Community Organizations throughout Saint Joseph and Elkhart County, including the Chamber of Commerce. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Indiana University.
